Location and Schedule:
This is a Geneva-based role, requiring flexibility and availability beyond standard office hours to ensure that every client’s needs are met promptly and with the utmost discretion.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for an exclusive portfolio of clients, proactively managing requests and anticipating unspoken needs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services, events and experiences.
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in all communications.
Foster long-lasting client relationships through consistent, personalised attention.
Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in luxury services, private banking, or high-end hospitality.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Fluent in English and French; other languages advantageous.
